Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

1. Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Shipping Fee: $12.95 USD

2. Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Available for orders over $50 USD

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain remote areas in Asia and other locations). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our educational furniture. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom-configured Panel Workstations

Return Eligibility

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Step 3: Package Items Securely

Repack all items in original packaging with all included materials.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Send the package to our facility using a trackable shipping method. We recommend:
